We are pleased to announce the completion of our renovations on property as well as an addition of a new function room, The Wine Room. The Wine Room offers space for up to 14 guests and is great for private dining functions and boardroom style meetings. Beautifully decorated with mahogany wood paneled walls, stone floors, leather chairs, and a custom made long wooden table made from recovered wood from Tuscan churches in Italy. Features include:
- Climate controlled wine storage
- Wireless and wires internet access
- Gas fireplace with stone mantle

* The first portion of our old furniture was donated to the Salvation Army in New Haven, Connecticut. Carpet is being sent to a carpet recycling center so it will have a second life as something else.
* Our main ballroom renovation was completed and it is stunning!
* It is our aspiration to achieve LEED Certification as a result of our renovation.
* Installation of our solar panels is complete and we are generating energy from them. We are happy to make this environmental step.

How can we improve?
The only negative to our weekend was that on Saturday night 2 out of the 5 of us were finished with their dinner before the rest of us were served. It was some mix-up with our order, either by the waitress or kitchen help.
