Transient Rates are Per Night. On weekends June 18 through Labor Day Weekend, a two night's stay is required.

no show- no call will result in forfeiture of one nights fee

Guests wishing to cancel their reservation greater that one week prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 administrative fee.

With in one week - up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date: Guests will receive a one half fee refund.

No Shows or No Call will result in the forfeiture of the entire fee.
