Transient Rates are Per Night. A Deposit is required for a one night's stay. On weekends June 18 through Labor Day Weekend, a two night's stay is required with a two night deposit.

There is a 6% Sales Tax on Dockage Rentals

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Guests wishing to cancel their reservation greater that one week prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 administrative fee.

With in one week - up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date: Guests will receive a one half deposit refund.

Cancellation on the day of arrival will result in forfeiture of the one night deposit with the sole exception being that the National Weather Bureau has posted small craft warnings for the Old Saybrook Area.

No Shows or No Call will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
