Group Class Definitions 

Aqua Works: A fun water workout with cardio, strengthening and flexibility elements. Different pieces of equipment will be used. All levels are welcome.
Aqua Therapy: A gentle 30-minute water session for participants with joint problems like arthritis.
Yoga: An invigorating combination of both traditional Hatha and Polarity Yoga. All levels are welcome.
Pilates: The Pilates technique offers a unique blend of body control and strengthening while improving flexibility and balance.A mat based class for intermediate levels.
Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a soft martial art that consists of slow graceful movements. By playing Tai Chi and Qigong, you can reduce stress while increasing awareness, flexibility; balance, tone, and internal energy flow; thereby promoting the integration of body, mind and spirit. Chi is energy, the life force that flows through the body.
Nordic Walking:  An invigorating 3-5 mile walk. Participants will use specially designed poles to increase cardiovascular response and strengthen and the upper body.
This activity is extremely gentle on knees, hips and backs and is the most popular newest activity in Europe
Group Cycle  A fun and diverse cardiovascular training on stationary upright bikes. Members are required to wear Heart Rate Monitors, bring a towel and have a set-up sheet.
Step A high intensity 45 minute step class with demanding elements when it comes to choreography, strength and cardio. Each class is slightly different from each other to keep it exciting.
Complete Body Worko  A full body workout with lots of variety. Steps, weights, bands and a mixture of good music make this intermediate class a perfect option to a traditional strength training session in the gym.
