Join us for a safe and socially distant night of Italian wines paired with a custom menu from our talented Fresh Salt chefs. Sip on new flavors and discover the wines of the Friuli, Northern Italy region. Our guest speaker for the evening is Julius Angelini of Angelini Wines LTD., a local importer who founded Angelini Wines in 1986 and is steeped in Italian heritage. The family’s third generation, 200-acre estate farm harvests the grapes used in many of their select wines. Julius has an intimate understanding of the production needed for premium quality wine coupled with frequent yearly trips to Italy visiting their long-standing relationships with the local wine culture has carved a niche for Angelini among a very small pool of importer/distributors in the US with thriving vineyards in Europe. *Presented in partnership with Seaside Wines.
